NATIONAL FAMILY HISTORY WEEK
CDFHS will be hosting an information session "Introduction to Family History" on Saturday, 31st July, 2010 at the Society's rooms, Raintrees Shopping Centre. Come along between 10 and noon to learn how to get started in tracing your family tree.

POSITIVE AGING DAY
CDFHS will have a stall at the City Place promoting Family History Research on Saturday, 19th August, 2010 from 10am to 3pm. Come along for a chat and learn how to research your family tree.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The AGM will be held on Saturday, 28th August from 2.30pm at COMINOS HOUSE, Greenslopes Street.

AGM nomination forms and renewal application forms were forwarded with the latest issue of the Society's journal, "Origins".

COFFEE AND CHAT DAY - DISCOVER OUR LIBRARY'S RESOURCES

Join the Librarian and discover the treasure trove of resources in our Society's Library. There are so many wonderful research books, catalogues etc to help you further your family history research.
The Library will be open normal hours on Saturday, 11th September from 10am to 3pm.

Meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month at the Society's rooms, upstairs, Raintrees Shopping Centre. Please come and join in.
Meeting commences at 7.30pm.
